I’m noticing a trend in sleek, modern fireplaces that I am really digging. These showstopping hearths take centerstage in the room and feature bold, 3d tiles, graphic papers and natural finishes. What do they all have in common? They’ve ditched the mantle. That’s right! Lose that dust-catching shelf and keep it simple.
